This tradition as narrated by Hazrat Anus (Razi Allah Tala Anhu) says that Prophet Muhammad (Sallal Laho Alaihi Wasallam) said on occasion.
This creature is a family of Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala) The one who benefits His creature is the beloved of Allah. It means that Allah likes the person who is kind and beneficial to all the human beings.
The Messenger of Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala) Muhammad (Sallal Laho Alaihi Wasallam) is reported to have said; “Do you know who is best in generosity?” His companions replied “Allah and his apostle know who is the best.” The Prophet Muhammad (Sallal Laho Alaihi Wasallam) replied, “Allah is the best in generosity and then I am the most generous of the children of Adam and the most generous man among them after me will be a man who will acquire learning and broadcast it. He will come on the resurrection day as a ruler alone or he said as one people.”
In another Hadis the Prophet Muhammad (Sallal Laho Alaihi Wasallam) says, “On the judgment day Allah will ask a human saying. “I was sick and you did not come to see me,” The person will say, “O Allah you are sustainer of all worlds, how can you be sick and how could I come to see you?” Allah will say, “One of my worshipers was sick in your neighborhood, but you did not visit and enquire about his health. If you had gone to him, I would have rewarded you this day. “Similar questions about the hungry and the thirsty people would be asked. (Muslim 318/2).
All the explanation by the Prophet Muhammad (Sallal Laho Alaihi Wasallam) makes clear that we should try to benefit people. The greatest benefit is to educate them in religious and worldly knowledge so that they may become responsible members of the society
Apart from this there are so many ways of benefiting people like removing hurdles from the way or cutting the branch of a tree to protect people from getting hurt. Serving the human beings also means to construct roads, sewerage lines, giving foods and clothes to the needy, getting treatment for the sick and job for the jobless. Helping widows, orphans and disabled people, financial help for the poor girls for their marriages. Provide water for the people who have no access to water. In time of natural disasters help the affected peoples
The Sharia Order for Serving Human Beings
Serving humanity and welfare of people is Farze Kifaya. Farze Kifaya means, compulsory for everyone but if government or any of the people do it, the duty is known to be performed. If none of them does it all the people will be sinners. In particulars circumstances Farze Kifaya become Farz i.e. to be done ultimately.
In areas where there is no education or basic facilities of life, the life is very miserable. In such a condition it becomes the moral duty of Muslims to provide them education and basic facilities. To make them familiar with the basics of Islam like Kalima, Namaz and Roza
In view of the realities mentioned above, the Ghais Welfare Trust has been established, we hope your prayers, cooperation and financial help will enable us in executing our plans
